Very few people are afraid of cats.
Especially tiny white kittens.
And because next to nobody is afraid of them next to nobody ever thinks they're anything to worry about.
Something that tiny. That cute and innocent, it can't possibly be a threat.
Nobody has ever had their life put in danger by a tiny white kitten.
Nobody has ever perished beneath the wrath of the tiny white kitten's claws.
Not even mice are terribly threatened by tiny white kittens and rats just eat them.
Though, then again, kittens do become cats, so perhaps it is best to dispose of this potential enemy early on, before it can do any damage.
